If you have questions regarding products or regarding the status of an order, please e-mail me at MandiTuckerDesigns@gmail.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for an e-mail reply, and up to 4 business days during peak holiday periods.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are not processed until the next business day. Processing times do not include time in transit for delivery.
Most orders are completed and shipped within approximately 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on stock availability and product ordered. Sales, sudden influx or spike in orders and peak holiday times may increase the processing time, however we aim to minimize delays as much as possible. Ordering from this website means you agree to these terms.
Sales and Discounts: Unless otherwise noted, promotional codes cannot be combined or applied to orders already placed.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to a rush processing fee, in addition to any additional shipping upgrades fees that may be necessary.
If you have questions about processing, please email us preferably before you place your order or with your order number if already ordered, so we can assist you as efficiently and quickly as possible. We are happy to try and work with you to get your items to you in time for a special event or trip.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS first class (standard) mail or Priority Mail. Express mail is available upon request. Time in transit depends on the delivery method you choose. All transit times begin once the package is scanned into the system by USPS.
Standard (Ground): approximately 5-8 business days.
Priority Mail: approximately 2-5 business days.
Express Mail delivery available upon request. Please contact me to inquire about faster delivery methods if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: The method of delivery selected at checkout does not change or include the processing/production time. We have no control over the delivery time and are not responsible for the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. If you require an order shipped faster than the advertised processing time, please see RUSH ORDERS under Processing Times for information on how to rush an order.
Exchanges/Returns
Due to the custom nature of our made to order items, we do not allow exchanges, refunds or returns at this time.
If an item is sent to you in error on our part, I will promptly work with you to get the matter resolved as quickly as possible, as long as we are notified within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please contact us for further instructions.
Damages
We stand behind our workmanship and products. If an item is received damaged, please contact us for further instructions. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Packages Or Package Delays
If an item appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will begin a tracer on the package. More often than not, the package is located by the post office/mail carrier and delivered safely. If not, we will take action depending on the situation to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are not accepted after the order is placed, however if there is a change you need or an error that you made in sizing etc, you may reach out to me via email (Mandituckerdesigns@gmail.com) within 24 hours of placing your order or as close to that as possible, and we will do our best to assist. We do not accept refunds or cancellations on made to order items.
Other questions about Mandi/this site
If all products are cared for properly they should last you a long time!
Apparel: Should be washed inside out with like colors in a cold cycle. Please refrain from using fabric softeners as they tend to loosen the fibers of garments and could any design to fade.
Drinkware: Thermal and ceramic mugs should be washed by hand. All plastic lids and straws can be placed in the top rack of the dishwasher.
Glassware: Hand wash as extreme heat can cause designs to life from the glass surface.
Sneakers: Spot clean using a small brush (toothbrush) and a drop of soap and lightly scrub any dirt. Let shoes sit out in an open area till dry. DO NOT put sneakers in dryer!
Outdoor mats: Bang mat to release any dirt or debris. Then use hose to release any stubborn dirt from between the fibers. Hang or lay flat to dry.
For all apparel, designs are put through the DTG process, or Direct to Garment. The designs are applied using water soluble inks. These inks allow the design to be embedded into the fibers and are set using a vinegar wash that sets the inks in place. If your new apparel arrives smelling like vinegar it should come out in a single wash cycle.

Suggestions are always welcome, but not always utilized. I create products that I think will sell. If a suggestion seems oversaturated, it might not be utilized. Please do not be upset if it’s not.
Ha! I’ve been a graphic designer for 15 years. For the last 8 years I’ve been moving from platform to platform with my own work. I’ve been on Redbubble, Zazzle, and my latest venture being Etsy. People did purchase my designs with success, but platforms force you to color within lines that can take the creative control. I also had someone strike my account for copyrights without warning or explanation. On my own site I can cruise in my own lane. So I’m here on my own website with access to brand new things not offered on my previous platforms!
So yes, this site is brand new–like Nov 2024 new! So please feel free to leave a review if you purchased from me in the past or on this site. It helps to let people know of the type of work/products I provide.
