General questions
For all apparel, designs are put through the DTG process, or direct to Garment. The designs are applied using water salable inks. These inks allows the design to be embedded into the fibers and are set using a vinegar wash that sets the inks in place. If your new apparel smell like vinegar it should come out in a single wash cycle.
Depends on the product. Shirts and hoodies can have a turnaround time of 7-10 business days. For shoes, they are outsourced and take longer. Please expect at least 20 business days to receive them. Things like mugs, tumblers, and stickers have a 5-7 business turn around time.
As of right now, no exchanges are given. If a product is damaged please send a photo to MandiTuckerDesigns@gmail.com with an image and your item will be replaced for the same exact item at no charge.
Some of our items are customizable! However, if there is an item that you’d like to have customized, please email us at MandiTuckerDesigns@gmail.com. Please note that there might be an extra charge predicated upon the type of changes requested.

Suggestions are always welcome, but not always utilized. I create products that I think will sell. If a suggestion seems oversaturated, it might not be utilized.

Ha! I’ve been a jumping designer going from platform to platform with my own work. I’ve been on redbubble, studio8, zazzle, and Etsy and a whole slue of others. People loved my designs, but platforms force you to color within lines that take the creative control. I just want to stay in my own lane. So I’m here on my own website. It is brand new! Like April 2024 new! So please, leave a comment to assure people who’ve not purchased from me in the past or on this site, to let them know of the type of products I produce/send.
I also have access to more products that seriously widen my creativity. I try to remain transparent in my business.
I’ve got over 15 years in design experience. I’ve recently in the last eight years been selling apparel and products constantly. With experience in working printshops where I got to see first hand how products were made in mass, I am well versed in creating my own.
Me, myself, and I along with a ton of caffeine and tunes like Run DMC, Bon Jovi, and Taylor Swift. I also cuss a lot so it’s probably best to work alone anyway. It’s not like I can fire myself… well, I can, but won’t.
I currently work full time in a 9-5pm job. I also take care of my mom who has dementia. My weekends are my creative time. Whether working on creating designs, or figuring out what created designs can go on what and then adjusting them to fit said item. I’m working as quickly as I can. Promise!
